Shameless Self Promotion
This post is about me. Me me me me me.
Actually, there are a few things on the web I thought readers of my books might be interested in. One is something I wrote for Shots Magazine, a web site in the UK that deals in crime and thriller news and reviews. It's run by a great group of people, who've all been very kind to me since I started getting published. This is about writing in general, and my newest book - The Darker Side.

The next is something I did as a part of a 'virtual book tour' that I'm doing (which is a very cool idea, in my opinion). I was asked to do an interview with my main character, Smoky Barrett. For those who are up on the latest books, keep in mind that this was written from the view of interviewing her just before all the events in The Face of Death occurred.

Lastly, something I've been meaning to do, and will do again from time to time. I don't feel qualified to do book reviews, per se, but I figure I can at least make a list now and again of books I've read recently that I enjoyed. Anything I list, I'm basically recommending. Here's what I've been reading in the last 4 weeks or so that fits the criteria:
Blood Meridian, Cormac McCarthy
Skin and Bone, Kathryn Fox
Kill Chain, Meg Gardiner
Volk's Game, Brent Ghelfi
The Poet, Michael Connelly
Hollywood Crows, Joseph Wambaugh
No Time for Goodbye, Linwood Barclay
Stealing the Dragon, Tim Maleeny
Buddah's Money, Martin Limon
Beyond Reach, Karin Slaughter
And I have a huge stack of others to read... one of the best things about being published is that you get books heaped upon you. Think kid in a candy store.
